When we receive your order we will send you confirmation that the trees are available and that your order has been accepted together with an invoice.

Typically our trees are too large to be despatched by courier and we encourage you to collect your trees from our nursery in Herefordshire at a mutually convenient time. Please let us know if you are unable to collect and we will do our best to help with delivery. |

Payment must be made in full prior to the trees being collected or delivered. Currently payment can be made either by cheque or bank transfer. You will find these details on your invoice.

We will contact you nearer the time to confirm a date for delivery/collection this will be during the planting season of November through to April and is dependent upon suitable weather for the trees to be lifted from the nursery. It will typically be 1 or 2 weeks prior to lifting your trees. If there are any changes to the date we will notifty you asap. We will also ask you to arrange payment at this stage if payment has not yet been received. |
